While we were in our favorite place, Great Guana Cay, Abaco, back in July, I just had to snap some photos of James and Joshua. They are 3 months old in these pictures. Oh my goodness. How precious is Gabriella?! She is the prettiest baby maybe ever. She is 10 days old in these pictures. What a sweet time to capture and hold near to your heart forever. These days pass by quickly but turn into memories we hold dear to our hearts. Congrats to you, Alan and Crystal! She is perfect.

I hope I have the honor of seeing Gabriella grow through the years.

 Oh sweet baby Mani. Have I mentioned newborns?! And right now as my daughter is now 3 1/2 I really love them espeically when they are other peoples’ babies. Ha! I want another child but man those sleepless nights for months and years. Oh but wait. Isn’t he so so cute? And he smells so yummy, too. It’s like a magnet for me. I just want to hold and squeeze them all! Lucky for me I have two newborn shoots coming up in the next week and a half. Yeah! You can see Mani in his beautiful Momma’s belly here.

I first met Mary & Brinton about 2 years ago when they were newly engaged and planning their wedding. I remember Mary’s inviting smile and Brinton’s charm. We were soon chatting like old friends sharing excitement for the upcoming wedding. The rest is history. You can see their engagement photos here and wedding photos here.

You can only imagine how excited I was when Mary contacted me about setting up both a maternity and newborn session. I am truly honored to share these amazing moments in peoples lives. And truly thankful for all of the friends I make a long the way.

The maternity session didn’t end up happening due to doctor ordered bed rest and crazy work schedules at the hospital (Mary and Brinton are both ER physicians). But we both knew the newborn session was a MUST. I just wanted to cuddle little Emma the whole time.

Those are definitely Gerber lips.

There is something about this image that I can’t stop looking at. The simpleness, Brinton’s smile in the background, the day to day event of changing baby’s clothes….it’s everyday life. And those are the moments that matter most.

Baby Carl, as he is referred to at least by me, is a teeny weeny little bundle of perfection. The first weeks come and go so quickly and babies change so fast. I had to capture his itty bitty stage.
